EXCHANGE POLICY
In the event of any sizing or shipping/delivery errors caused by us on orders received, please contact our helpline within 24 working hours of receiving the order. An exchange will only be initiated if the wigs are in the exact condition they were sent out. (NO STYLING WHATSOEVER).
Note that if a client intends to return their package for ANY other reason, the shipping/delivery fee would be paid in FULL by the client.
Kindly check wig descriptions, post captions, and ask all necessary questions about a product before purchase, as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges based on the failure to do any of the following stated in this clause.
This policy applies to all clients, and such failure to read this policy as stated is not an exonerating factor.

REFUND POLICY
At Sese Wigs, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. We take great pride in the quality of our products and we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. For this reason, we encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and details before completing an order.
