PreOrders are typically processed within 10-15 days. However, during peak seasons or sales periods, processing times and delivery may be longer. If an item is urgent, please Do Not purchasing during sales, as we do not provide refunds for items bought during promotions and peak seasons.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure and correct, while consider tracking your package closely.

DELIVERY/PICK UP POLICY.
We are an online store, we currently do not offer pickup , while we deliver via Paxi/ courier guy to locations in South Africa .
