TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing any of our products, you agree to adhere to these terms stated below:

1.1 Any wigs, frontals, or ponytails purchased from Sese wigs either via the website or in the DM will only be exchanged within 72 working hours. After 72 hours, Sese wigs will not accept wigs, frontals, or ponytails nor offer any refund.

1.2 Once MILA NG receives your package, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you immediately of the status of your  exchange after inspecting the item.

1.3 Exchanges only apply when the wigs or hairs are in the exact condition in which they were delivered. This includes the closure/frontal lace. If the bundles, closures, frontals, or wigs have been cut or tampered with in any way, Sese wigs will not accept them back and they will be returned to the client.

1.4 If your exchange is approved, we will initiate it within 3-7 working days of receiving the item.
